The World Organization against Terrorism (W.O.A.T) was created by the World Counter-Terrorism Conference in New York , August 1998 in accordance with the United Nations (UN) Charter and pursuance of the United Nations (UN) Convention for the Suppression of Acts Terrorists Bombing, 2007;
the United Nations (UN) Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism, 2005 and the United Nations (UN) Convention for the Suppression of Financing of Terrorism, 1999 with the aims of punishing, combating, suppressing and ending all forms of Terrorism including Violent Colonial Military-Police Force Terrorism, Colonial State Organized Terrorism, Judicial Terrorism, Legislative Terrorism, Imperial Oppressor Terrorism, Monarchal Dictator-Terrorism, Nuclear Terrorism, Military-Police Forces Cult Terrorism, Military Dictator-Oppressor Terrorism, War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity, or “ Rule by Terror” or “Government by Terror” which is Political, Imperial or Colonial Exploitation of Violent Law Enforcement, Colonial Military-Police Terrorist Forces, Terrorist Armed Forces Violence, Torture, Prison, Rape, Sodomy, Murder, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Colonial Terrorist Violence Extremism, Bombs, Coup d’états, Colonial Political Assassination, Forced Disappearances, Summary Execution, Colonial Ethnic Cleansing, Genocide, Massacre, Guns, Dungeons, Killings and Fear to rule and govern colonized or terrorized Civilian Population in order to obtain Political, Colonial or Imperial Gain.
